Hey strangers!
I haven't had enough mental clarity or time or energy to write much these last couple of days.
I stopped at Dollar General on the way home, and my plan was to make meatloaf or something, but they didn't have what we needed so I took it a different direction and got the stuff to make either biscuits and gravy or sausage biscuits.
So that's the plan for tonight.
What are you making for dinner tonight?

I stopped at Costco to grab a cheap rotisserie chicken and they had NONE. They weren't sold out, they just didn't have any chickens to roast today at all! 
I've never known that to happen before.
They didn't have any ground beef either. It was really weird. Supply issues are hitting hard.

It is the end of the month and still a long way to go for SS so I am eating whatever is still onhand, mostly rice and chicken nuggets. But tomorrow I will make a split pea soup in my slow cooker and have that with toast.
