Some mylotting before heading for shopping...

Good morning from this side of the planet.. It's 11:15 AM as I write this post . It's been cloudy since the morning but glad that no signs of rain so far. The sun is trying hard to peep in but the clouds are overpowering it in the game of hide and seek. It's first day of the last month of the year. I hope that everyone is already set into festive mood It was a short day at work. Three back to back sessions from 8_10:40 and I was back home by 11. . Nothing much to do now except for some dishes in the sink..I will clean them later, maybe after lunch..We had a heavy breakfast of raagi dosa( finger millets pancake) with sambhar( tangy lentil soup with loads of veggies, tamarind pulp and some seasoning of mustard, bayleaf and curry leaves)and peanut chutney( spicy sauce kind of dish). A nutritious protein rich breakfast to kickstart the day. Raagi dosas are very filling and you stay full for long. On most of the days, I skip my lunch or just have some small portion of fruits. I have made lunch of garlic and spring onion fried rice with sauted brocolli. But I am sure that will go fot dinner tonight . Husband is busy in business call. As soon as he is done with that, we will go out for shopping. It's a family wedding next week and we need to shop for kurta ( a traditional Indian attire) for husband, saree and some other gifts and a matching ear rings to go with my daughter's dress. Will update you on the shopping experience later. For now, I will just mylot to keep myself busy.. Have a good December
