Trump loses in court again

After the DOJ executed a search warrant at Mar-a-Lago and found all sorts of presidential records that should have been in the custody of the National Archives--including classified ones--he, of course sued to keep them because that is what he does. Then he sued to have the classified ones kept from DOJ. All along people who know anything about the law and who are not in the MAGA cult have said that his attempts would fail. He found a friendly federal judge (who he appointed) but she has basically lit her reputation on fire with her rulings. . . . . . and today an appeals court overturned Judge Cannon's appointment of a "special master" to determine which of the Mar-a-Lago documents the Department of Justice could have access to. The court basically also told Cannon to dismiss the case entirely. I think big things are going to go down in Trump World within the next 6 months. Attorney General Merrick Garland has appointed a badass special counsel to oversee the Mar-a-Lago document and January 6 investigations. Judge Cannon's shenanigans are now over. Stay tuned!
