The Mysore Palace in all it's brilliance

This picture was taken a few years ago during one of our major vacation trip. It's the Mysore Palace. They have a sound and light show at night where the history of the palace and the city is demonstrated. This also gives a chance to view the palace in all it's brilliance! Really good isn't it - even though this is just a phone camera shot. It looks even more brilliant in real life.

The show was in the local language, so I couldn't follow oy easilybit the lights were superb.

It's a tourist attraction. During the day, you can pay and explore the palace. It's massive!!

It's about 6 hours away. We drove there, stayed close to the palace overnight and then continued on a road trip.
