I am waiting for December 10 to start listening to Christmas Carols. We have a huge collection. No particular reason why that date is chosen but our preparations for Christmas start from that date such as thorough cleaning of the house, planning on what sweets to make, what decorations to put up et al.
No doubt I had to listen to them while getting the pen drive ready for that party to welcome Santa. Incidentally this time we will be having Mrs Santa.
When do you start listening to carols and what is your favourite carol? I like to listen to Nat King Cole and that Ave Maria by Nana Mouskori

Usually after the end of Thanksgiving is when the Christmas music begins.

I have noticed that. When I was holidaying in the US the Malls were loaded with Christmas stuff right from October. I bought loads of decorations.
