I lucked out at work today! An entire gallon of 2% milk, a half-gallon of chocolate milk, a pint of half & half, and (one of my favorites) a tub of pimento cheese spread!
Not shown: a medium-sized chipwood basket (probably leftover from Easter), 2 chorizo breakfast burritos, 2 packages of grass-fed beef jerky, and 4 containers of microgreens (2 micro-kale, 1 micro-radish, and 1 mixed microgreens).
Not bad for a free haul!

@spiderdust — I don’t know, I’ve never tried plant milk or lactose-free milk for that matter.

@FourWalls Oat milk seems to be (at least for me) the least offensive of the plant milks. There's no weird aftertaste or texture difference when I get it in a latte.

Especially with the price of milk these days! A gallon can run me around $5.

I feel like I really lucked out with that haul... the milk was even the kind my kids prefer!

Yes, it is. I usually get a larger container of it as my family will go through this size very quickly, but even a small free one will save us money.

I love that pimento cheese, but it's $7.99 a tub! Of course, I do know how to make my own, but not for less.

I never know what I'm going to find when I look in the culls areas, so it's really awesome when I find things that we can use.

I got another free half-gallon of chocolate milk recently, so we have quite a bit to enjoy now.
