How do you keep yourself warm during Winter?

Prices of everything is rising and it seems it's going to stay that way. Electric bills rise after the holidays and turning the heater or using electric pellet stoves to keep the house warm is a major contributor to a family's headache. When I was still teaching conversational English to my Korean students, I asked them how they kept themselves warm inside their homes during their bitter Winter. They install heated floors, wear socks and jackets inside their homes and this helps them save on electric bills during Winter in Korea. I wonder how you keep yourself warm and comfy during Winter and at the same time, ways on how you can save on monthly electric bills as soon as Winter starts.

Switzerland is cold, our central heating is through heated floors, I keep warm socks and a fleece jacket even when I am inside my home.

I have been wearing a hoodie in the house, it helps me stay warmer. I also have some fleece leggings I wear under my jeans when it's really cold. I have warm Minnetonka shoes I just wear in the house, they are lined with sheepskin and so warm. I also have black out curtains that help with cold air as well. At night I have an electric blanket as well as plenty of other blankets if needed.

On my end, I usually wear something jackets that can give me warm as much as possible We do not use warmer here at our room, cause we want to save as well, cause honestly bills kills us ahahahaha, but for some reason being practical now a days is a must in order for us to save. #save
