It is worth knowing what Pele the Brazilian legend three times Footoball World Champion said with regard to the recently concluded World Football Match between Argentina and France
He not only congratulated Messi but also had a word of praise for the African Morocco Team having reached semi finals . He did not fail to laud Mbappe, scoring four goals in a final. The legendary Maradona was also not left out.

Neither do I but when the tv blasts about it I tend to take a bit of interest. I suppose declaring a winner in this game is not based who played better but who won.

@allknowing Exactly and luck always plays a big role in winning a world cup. Pele was a wonderful player, elegant, humble. I have seen the obscene gesture of the Argentinian goalkeeper when he received the "golden glove" and I have been disgusted. Did your newspaper publish the photo?

@allknowing I never follow much sport either but I always liked Nadal and Federer (tennis) as they always seemed humble and polite.

@JudyEv I used to follow Tennis and that when there was no online activity for me. John McEnroe was my favourite with his foul language (lol)
