I love raisin cakes in christmas.

In entire christmas my children are fond of cakes. During other times of the year we eat pastries. But in Christmas we have a variety of fruit cakes and dry fruit cakes. There are cakes full of cashews, kishmis and other types of raisins and pistachios. Children love them a lot.

I too make Christmas cakes with raisins sometimes some years, but not this year. Glad your family loves them too.

@RebeccasFarm thanks Ocean I love your wishes. In University i am head of the department of law. So examination paper evaluations scrutiny all are to be monitored. This year i am having a very busy Christmas but I love seeing my friends enjoying the best time of the year the Christmas and new year

I am more into chocolate cakes. German chocolate is a big favorite. I'm not into cooked raisins. The rest sounds good.
