We are approaching the end of December and what should have been there right from September is now showing I am talking of these lousy bougainvillea. I agree I cannot blame them as nature decides when, where and how. This bush used to be loaded with three colours - peach, white and red and now I only see a couple red clusters. As they say better late than never

I love so much the bougainvillea. We tried to grow one in the back of the garden, but it cannot stand our winters.

@LadyDuck The excess greenery has affected flowering plants.

We've just been at my sister's and she has some lovely red bougainvilleas although they are a bit rampant.

We have many plants or rather bushess in different colours but this time they have not yet bloomed - very strange though.
