I´m going to make some mayo for lunch. / myLot

I bought a tongue to eat during these holidays. Although I´m invited to Claudia´s for Christmas and to Dixie´s on New Year, I want to eat special food these holidays. So i bought a big steak (that will last me 2 days) and this tongue. I just finished cooking it and I will now take the skin off and eat it with homemade mayo and so lettuce salad. The skin, of course, will be Luna´s Christmas present. Mayo will be easy to make as I use my mini pimer.

Homemade mayo sounds interesting. As for tongue, I have a simple rule. Never taste something that can taste me. lol

The tongue brings me back to childhood, My mom made a really delicious tongue and I always enjoyed it. I hope that Luna enjoyed her tongue pieces. I hope you have a very Merry Christmas,

Luna only had the skin but she enjoyed it. I ate some yesterday and will make a tongue sandwich in a croissant for lunch.
