I had a bad stomach for reasons not known. I attributed it to side effects of some supplement I am taking, or it could be the french beans I had or may be oranges that are artificially ripened here. Whatever..........
I called up my doctor and he prescribed Imodium along with electral and a light diet. It took just 24 hours to set matters right
I am slowly getting back to my old diet and hope my stomach will take it.
Imodium slows the process of evacuation and helps harden the stools. If taken in excess that results in constipation.
Have you ever taken Imodium?

Yes, the last time I had a bad stomach I took a horrible tasting thick pink liquid with Immodium in it, It is over the counter and it really helps set the stomach right again,

That does not cure any infection and for that you have to take doctor prescribed antibiotics but Imoldium slows down evacuation and helps solidify
