Last week even the though the exact date is not known, a rabbit who managed to sneak inside of an auto that was inside of a BMW dealership in Naples Florida having the oil changed, heard a noise coming from the undercarriage of the auto. Kyle Fridth who is a mechanic was supervising a fellow mechanic Noah Caprisien when Noah saw a small rabbit using his camera on his cellphone when he saw the small rabbit coming out of the motor mount area of the auto. The rabbit managed to get out of the auto who must have spent some time inside the auto when a winter storm hit the sunshine state. The driver did not know that a rabbit was trapped inside of his auto until he took his auto to get the oil change. The rabbit managed to leave the garage safe and sound after he got out of the auto mechanic shop. I have heard of snakes getting into engines of autos but the first time that I am aware of that a rabbit entered the inside of an auto and survived.

That little rabbit must have been seeking shelter from the storm. Glad he got out safely.

The mechanics think that due to the winter storm, the rabbit took shelter inside of the auto.

@Deepizzaguy Any safe place during cold weather. I hope he gets back to his burrow.

@LadyDuck I know if I was in the rabbit's position being trapped inside of an auto, I would be scared as well.

Wow that’s first I bet. I’ve heard of mice and cats doing this but never a rabbit. Amazing it survived!

That is what I am thinking since they are stories of snakes and cats inside of an auto engine but never a rabbit.

That would have been a great shock to the driver. I don't think too many rabbits get trapped in autos.

That I know of not many rabbits are trapped inside of autos in the motor area before this incident.

Oh how sweet. So happy he is safe now. Probably trying to get warm or get away from predators.

According to the mechanics, the rabbit most likely wanted to get away from the cold weather.

@CarolDM It is most likely what happened. Cold weather in Florida is rare.
