7 January - What I'm Thankful for Today

Today turned out pretty well. I got up at 4 this morning. I'm thankful for the work I did on Where Eagles Soar. My head wasn't in the game when I started the first chapter way back when, and I didn't catch it through all the other revisions, until today. So, it's straightened out and people who read it won't think I'm luny. I also listened to it for the first time using the read-aloud feature with Microsoft 365. It sounded good. I only needed to make a couple of corrections during the read-aloud. I'm thankful for all the exercise I got today. Lots of walking and the bike. My stats are: Walking: Steps - 6808, Time - 67 Minutes, Miles - 1.29, Calories Burned - 278.9 Bike: Miles - 5, Time - 22.16*, Calories Burned - 129, Heart Rate - 136, Speed - 13.5/56 *22.16 is the best time so far on the bike. Food: Total Calories - 1222 with Calories burned - 814.1 Okay, that's my day. It doesn't feel like I did much, but I did get a lot of walking done today. I expect before I go to bed my total steps will be over 7000. I'm gradually working up to 10K. How was your day? What are you thankful for today? Thanks for reading. The image belongs to me.
