@aninditasen thanks Aninditaji under the Juvenile Justice Amendment Act 2015 if juvenile between age of 16 to 18 years is involved with heinous offences then he should be tried by criminal court and not juvenile justice board

@sathviksouvik That's nice. Do you think a juvenile should be forgiven if he is a rapist or a murderer or in the habit of committing gruesome crimes.

Lots need to be clarified when it comes to POICSO. Many a time the crimes committed should not come under the juvenile category
