11 January - What I'm Thankful for Today

Today was a good day. It got a bit away from me. I have more notifications than I've had in a very long time and with everything going on, I'm struggling to keep up with them. That's a good thing. So, today I'm thankful for the time I spent in the pool this morning. It was a bit colder than usual, but it was what they say the temp will be - 88 degrees. Usually, it's a little warmer than that. The hot tub was 101 and felt awesome! I got 45 minutes in the pool and 20 minutes in the hot tub. It was time well spent as the gentleman in the hot tub, a real talker, was interesting this morning. I'm thankful for the nap I got this morning. I really needed it after getting little sleep last night. I'm thankful for Bible Study today. It was a very good discussion on Psalm 119. I'm thankful for spending what time I could with you today. I'm still hoping to get the notifications finished before I go to bed. I'm thankful for the exercise group this morning. I still have over 3000 steps to get today. No bike yet. Maybe after prayer tonight. We'll see. Or I might walk the halls. Three times around could get me there. If not the bike, there's always the foot cycle I got from my sister a couple of Christmases ago that always works to get my steps. Okay, so here are yesterday's exercise stats: Swimming - 40 Minutes - .34 Miles, Calories - 379 Walking - 78 Minutes, 7680 Steps, 1.45 Miles, 316.2 Calories Bike - 21.56 Minutes, 5 Miles, 130 Calories, Heart Rate - 116, Speed - 13.7/57 MPH Total Burned Calories - 825.2 Food - Grand total - 1501 Calories Total Calories - 675.8 Okay, that's my day and what I'm thankful for.
