I bought a couple of pig´s feet a couple of months ago and thet hid in the freezer. Today, while looking for something to eat, I found them. I got them out and I thawed them. I placed them 30 seconds in the microwave oven and then immersed them (plascit and all) in warm water. Then I came back to mylot. When I went back, they were thawed and washed them and placed them in the pressure cooker with water and a bit of salt. Then I went to llok for chickpeas as I make the chickpeas in the pig´s feet water and use some of the meat to make the dish. But I did not have chickpeas. So now I´ll start my list with them and meanwhile I´ll freeze the broth. I´ll eat then the colf feet with dreen sauce made with onion cut in very small dices and celery leaves. I have both. And if I also want something else, I can eat part of them with Dijon mustard a l´ancienne. I will also make a green salad with lettuce and half an avocado I have left. Fordessert it will be the awesome pineapple I still have. I was thinking about freezing part of it, but I think that I´ll eat it all. Tania helped herself to some of it. And when Claudia comes this afternoon, I´m sure that she´ll want some too. I´m starting to get hungry. But as lunch is not ready I´ll go and shower. I thought I´d shower after gardening but that was when Claudia was coming in the morning. See you later

I love chickpeas. I've never had pigs' feet or calf feet.

I love them. And they are very good for osteoporosis as they are rich in collagen.

I like to eat pig's feet. Here, the price of pig's feet is 2.5 times that of pork

I'm sure you'll enjoy the pig's feet. I wonder how many people eat them nowadays. Nobody I know does.

If I were cooking pigs feet my only hope would be that they would walk away so I could eat something better.
