Puffed sleeves

During my childhood and teen age years puffed sleeves were in fashion Many of my 'Sunday dresses' had puffed sleeves My oldest sister was a good seamstress and she did those sleeves for me. The dress in the photo was stitched by my cousin. My mother who had visited the city where she lived gifted that dress to me The painting was also done by her. I had worn this dress for a group photo shoot on the last day of school. I see puffed sleeves have come back and see many kids with dresses having puffed sleeved dresses. What's your story?

I had some shirts with puffed sleeves even when I was a teenager and I liked them. You were a cute young girl.

@allknowing No, not all look cute at that age, I have seen ugly young girls. I was a pretty teenager, I cannot complain too much as how I aged.

I had some outfits with puffed sleeves when I was a kid. I don’t recall my children having any though. Styles come and go then come back again. You were so beautiful!

I had some puffy sleeves growing up. When I was about 13-14, very big puffy sleeves were in fashion - we almost looked like football players .

I remember puffed sleeves on some dresses. I don't know how Mum ever managed to iron them.

You are right. Puffed sleeves were in fashion years ago. I also had some dresses with puffed sleeves when I was a kid.
