Going out with the Furbabies

If you read my previous post, you will know that I have been home alone for nearly three weeks and did not expect it to be this enjoyable. It is my first time doing it, and I have no reservations about doing it again. Anyway, I am going out with the dogs today. The weather is dark and gloomy, so it is an ideal day to go out with them. We will be going to a pet-friendly mall that is only 15 minutes away. I'm going to buy a new rice cooker because my old one broke a few days ago. I will also get some food for the pantry before SS gets home from work next week. After that, I will have some Japanese food for dinner - ramen and salmon sashimi - because I have been craving Japanese food for quite some time. I would like some dessert, too, perhaps a slice of chocolate cake or a cup of vanilla ice cream.

Hope you get a good bargain. (There are so many rice cookers these days in stores. I had to research like crazy before getting our current one. So far so good with this one of ours!)

I did! I got it for a good deal! I am happy that your rice cooker is working perfectly fine, still.

I have a rice-cooker but the bottom always burns. I don't think I'll bother with a new one as we don't have rice often enough to warrant it.

Because rice is a staple food in the Philippines, having a rice cooker is essential.

Without a shadow of a doubt. They are stress relievers for me! Do you have any pets?
