Do you dance or what when you're happy or inspired?

When I'm happy or inspired, I cannot avoid to dance. I cannot control my emotion. My sisters at home just laugh at me but I'm just expressing my happiness through dancing. I received a gift last week. It was a new celfon from Dubai sent to me by my brother's girlfriend so I danced with happiness with or without music.
What about you? How do you express your happiness? Maybe you're just smiling sweetly and say thank you Lord or say thank you to the giver. A child once happy showed it thru dancing but I'm not a child 
.

@cacay1 No, I usually just screams. I don't know why I do that when I'm happy or excited.

Disco was part of my younger days that I cannot help. but sway to the beat. whenever I hear sounds of the 70s and 80's even the 90's. I was a disco goer and make sure Fridays and Saturdays I can go to one lol.
