It's my hope that you are doing well wherever you are.
This morning I am okay too.
I think everyone has tempers. However there are short tempered persons and others are not.
I am personally not a short tempered type.
However it feels so bad when someone hurts you in whichever way; emotionally, physically and what have you.
When I get angry for instance, I would like to settle alone somewhere and think about it for some time.
I therefore not quick to express my tempers and after sometime the tempers would have been easen and that would be the end of the story.
How about you?
How do you express your tempers, do you revenge or you just let it go after some time?
I wish you a good luck while milking here.

@Treborika It happens. As you said, we all handle it in different ways. My ways vary. Sometimes it's a quick anger that doesn't take long for me to forget about and other times I get extremely angry and want to throw something hard and scream loud! I don't like being that way at all but when you get treated badly over and over and try it bottle it up, it doesn't end well.

@Treborika Yes but only sometimes. I never used to be like this. I have just dealt with a lot in my life and getting very tired of certain things so sometimes whenever someone hurts me, I tend to be more short tempered as you say.
Do you ever feel like you just have had enough? Or like, you are dealing with too much and feeling frustrated? It's like that.

@Treborika - When we are angry, we could say things that we regret for the rest of our life.

Sometimes temper does get the best of me speaking out without thinking. Usually, I will just go off and do something to calm down like exercise or listen to music. Humor can be helpful in stressful situation. Sometimes when things are not going your way you just have to laugh.

I would sit down alone quietly and think about it just like what you have said

I usually stay away from the thing or person that causes it. Give myself a space.

I am very good in cursing people (lucky that I am not good in witchcrafts
). I am short tempered, so I learn to just keep my silence first (or the world would have ended and exploded many times over by now)
.

Sometimes I can lose my temper when someone irritates me or puts something in the wrong place or does something that I don't like. Sometimes I take it out on the pots and pans but usually I go in my bedroom to calm down.
