Wednesday Morning Brief

Good morning. It's about 3 hours yet until sunrise. I've been up since before 2 AM. I had my laundry in the washer by 2 and have it out of the dryer, folded, and put away by 4. It's 4:14 AM as I write this.
I have the go-ahead from the therapist to get back to the pool. It might be why I'm up so early. Excitement does that to me. I'm so happy to get back there. Though I won't be able to go tomorrow unless I go after my doctor's appointment. I have that at 7 AM tomorrow. It's a consultation only. I expect it will be my last appointment with pain management. Even the therapist said I don't need it.
My plans today include the pool, I'll be leaving in less than an hour, rock painting, and exercise class. Being Wednesday, there's also prayer tonight in the community room. So lots to do today which is why I did laundry as early as I did. I don't have another time today to do it.
So, my Bible study is done, and I have one game played. I still have one more and will take care of that when I post this. I should have time when I get home before I leave for rock painting to come here and see what all of you are up to today.

You had a busy day...My day was busy...got to play Pickleball today which was different and fun.

Good morning. We have 8 inches of snow on the ground now and it's still falling here. Either you or Mother Nature will need to collect it because I don't want it.
I did get the driveway shoveled this morning, though. I had a doctor appointment this morning in Springfield at 8:30 am... We were a couple of minutes late but the nurse told me it didn't matter. A lot of people called in today to reschedule because of the snow. (We stopped on the way home and picked up some HUGE cinnamon rolls. 
Don't tell anybody but we're each eating one now. 
We bought eight of them if you want to come visit... I think we'll still have one or two left by the end of the day. 
They're really good!)

@just4him No, I've never had Cinnabuns. These are cinnamon rolls about seven or eight inches across and about three inches tall.

@DaddyEvil Yep sounds just like them. I had one like that from the local grocery bakery. It was delicious!

I have a fun job of replacing my oven today after work, as my current one decided to give up the ghost last night and quit working. Luckily I am a manager at Lowe’s and will probably score a great deal on a repaired unit.
By the way, you sure have a lot of cotton growing on both sides of the sidewalk in your photo! I never knew cotton grew that far north!

Yep, the good thing about this cotton is you don't need to harvest it. The first car on the right in front of the plow is mine. It's actually red, but it's hard to tell under all that cotton.

I'm sorry you need a rental truck. I hope you can get your truck fixed soon. I'm sorry you need pain meds for your back. I know how that feels as I'm experiencing bad back pain too.
