Dessert combinations

Nothing like having a dessert after every meal. If nothing I will eat a banana.
It is not just individuals even restaurants serve combined desserts. I have experimented with several combinations and found the combination gulab jamun and ice cream the best.
For that party I hosted recently I had ordered for fig ice cream and gulab jamun but the combination was decided by the guests. Most opted for it.
Have you tried any dessert combinations?

Figs is super in any combination. We had figs in our garden. I prepared a syrup and poured it on the ice cream. Yummy!!

@allknowing I eat bananas as a snack fairly often. I usually just eat ice cream by itself. What you show in the photo looks so fancy and delicious. I’ve never had fig ice cream before. I love figs though I bet it’s delicious.

@shaggin You may get fig syrup in the market. Pour it on any ice cream and see the difference.

When the apple pie is warm probably the ice cream will melt.

@allknowing It melts a little where it touched the pie and this is what makes the dessert more interesting. Apple strudel and warm custard is also an excellent combo
