2023 Health Journey - Day 26

Hey everyone, how are you all doing? Well I hope...
It's about time for me to get some sleep, but thought I would share this...
So, I weighed in today and finally saw a drop on the scale.
210.6; was 213 the day before.
I started the month at 213.6 I believe, so a 3 pound loss for the month so far.
My blood sugars were good throughout the day, well at least until dinner.
I was low carb for my first 2 meals, but then we went out for dinner.
Meal 1 - Pizza wrap (same I have been having the past week)
Meal 2 - deli chicken slices, 2 cheese sticks, and less than half a serving of potato chips
Meal 3 - Finger steaks and fries. I didn't have a ton of fries, but I am sure the finger steak breading was carby.
So, no macros for today because I can't really track meal #3
I did workout for an hour and 10 minutes, so hopefully that will help with the extra calories I had with dinner.
We'll see what the scale says tomorrow. What do you think?

It is not that much really when I have over 100 pounds to actually lose.
But it was a nice start...

Was back up a pound today.
Won't be doing low carb this weekend, so probably gain all three plus more back.
