The year 2022

I was just looking at the bills that my Pharmacist produces each time medicines are bought in his Pharmacy. At the end of March I fill up a form and attach all these bills for claim that I get from my husband's office We are reimbursed for all medical issues be it dental, eyes, whatever. I just noticed apart from what I have bought at the Pharmacy I have no other claims - no dental visits, no eye check ups, no blood profiles ...... What I buy at the Pharmacy are mostly supplements, blood pressure tablets, pain gel, etc. 2022 has been the first year that I only have medicines to claim for The usual aches and pains had to be managed though. Hope the year 2023 will emulate 2022. How has your 2022 year been when it came to your health? Last year, I was able to manage things about being a borderline hypertensive. I need to take the pill for it daily. Other than that, I am fine.

I had no health costs for 2022, my husband had some tests and a couple of visits. We do not pay, the healthcare costs are covered by the National Healthcare.

The only medicine I refill is an inhaler for my asthma Half the time it expires before I even use it so I threw it away and get another one. .

Inhaler getting over even before that being used is something you should take up with the Pharmacy

@allknowing I do not need it that often before it expires so I just threw it away. They are good for a year. And I might not even use it during that year. But I need to have it just in case.

Unlike 2021 where there were hospital bills because of COVID, my 2022 medical expenses were mostly on vitamins and supplements and some antibiotics for common colds and coughs.
