Dollar General had leftover Christmas items for 10 cents / myLot

I need Christmas items about as much as I need mugs, but for that price, who is going to resist? I got some ornament hooks, which I do not need because I just bought some this year, and a silver sparkly leaf. It doesn't scream Christmas, actually it might fit in better with New Years, but anyway, I will just stick it in a potted plant I think. Are you still finding any Christmas items around?

Some of the stores near me have not completely cleared their shelves but l haven't checked to see if anything was marked down. However by Feb 1 Christmas items would have disappeared like magic and replaced with Valentine items.

Oh I have seen Valentines Things since about the first week of January. I am sure they are fully stocked with them now.

I mean, for that price...Gee, Who knows with me, I might not be able to find the ornament hooks I bought so these are spares.

I haven't seen any lately but I haven't been looking either. I know Hot Cross Buns were available straight after Christmas.

I did see boxes of candy canes at the store a few days ago, for 10 cents. I just don't buy any Christmas decorations anymore as I have too many now. I gave some to my kids, but I think there is still too many. I didn't buy any candy canes, either. Silver leaves sound like they can be incorporated in to other holiday things, or even everyday decorations.
