I have two packs of cranberries that I froze. Took one out of the freezer to thaw in the fridge.
Once it’s defrosted I will make Ina Garten’s cranberry sauce. It always comes out great.
I actually eat it in place of jam/preserves. Put it on top of farmer cheese or even cheese. Yummy!
I wonder how long it will take for the cranberries to thaw.

Do you have a microwave with defrost option? You could thaw them like that quick instead of waiting.

@RebeccasFarm I don't like to defrost stuff in the microwave unless no choice.

I put it in the fridge yesterday and let it sit until this morning. I made it around 10 am.

I love it! Made it before for Thanksgiving and it always turns out great. Decided to make it again now and eat it instead of jam/preserves.

@lovebuglena replacing it with jam is the best thing and good for health too .

Usually these don't take long to thaw. If you're processing them you probably wouldn't even need to wait.

I don't know how long it took to thaw but I put them in the fridge. They were ready to use this morning.

@db20747 It's easy to make. And no unnecessary ingredients.
