2023 Health Journey - End of January

So the month of January has finally come to an end. I did not do as well as I hoped in losing weight.
I did have some days where my sugars were under control though. I just need to do that more often.
At the end of the month, I think I only got in 5 workout days. I definitely need to up that in February.
My last weigh in for January is 210.6; which is down almost 3 pounds for the month. Not good for the first month of losing weight. At least it is down though.
Today I did not stay low carb, but I didn't go overboard on carbs either. I only had 2 meals, and a snack.
I did not work out either; but I did laundry all day (4 loads) and ended up with almost 5,000 steps for the day.
Plans for tomorrow:
Eat low carb and workout for an hour at least.
We'll see how that all goes.
What do you think of my progress for the month? I know, very slow. I know this is going to be the rest of my life, but I want to get to my goal weight and start maintaining sooner than later.

No it is not, especially when I have over 100 lbs to lose.

It is something, true...but not a lot. 3 pounds in a month I expect after doing this for a year. Not month 1
