Hello dear lotters. Yesterday I stayed up until very late as I wasn´t sleepy. And today, very early, Dixie called me to tell me that she was on her way to go yatching in the south of Chile.
I was very happy that she called because it also served me as an alarm clock. 
I have to marinate the turkey thigh and have breakfast. I want to have the turkey in the oven early. My cousin Diana will come for lunch and I want to shower after I finish with the kitchen and wash my hair too.
Yesterday I made a leche flan an now, while I mylot, I lick the spoon with which I made the caramel
In a while, with a cup of coffee, I´ll come again to read some of your posts.

Yesterday I saw a terrible documentary about how people had become addicted to computers and cellphones. I realized that I have become an addict in a lesser way

@marguicha I know that I spend too much time with my computer. It's not a total addiction, but I feel lost if I cannot check my email and I have no Internet.

I like flan. I've only made it once; and it was very good. I hope you and Diana have a good lunch.

I love flan and have changed the recipe to make it simpler. I beat everything in the blender so the only difficult part is the caramel.
