Never buy the Indian Kutchina kitchen chimney

Companies, mostly in India are cheating their customers a lot these days. The customer care officials are appointed to tell a pack of lies and cheat the customers.
Last year I purchased a Kutchina kitchen chimney from a dealer in my city named " Sangeeta Agency ". In addition to the cost of the chimney they took Rs. 1500 as installation charge but kept pestering me for little things like cell tape, agro tape a piece of wood and so on. The technicians took Rs.50 for a piece of wood and tucked it into their pockets without getting the piece of wood. They used the thermocol that was in the packing box.
I am entitled to three free servicing but each time they came they created trouble. They either asked for cleaning agent or extra money. They came only after several reminder. This January was their third free servicing. Twice the technician came but went back as they wanted me to provide the kerosene for cleaning.
When I contacted the customer care, they replied through the mail that I should provide the cleaning agent. Nowhere in the warranty card it's written that the customer should provide the fuel for cleaning.
The customer care keeps beating round the bush so that they don't have to give a free servicing.
So don't ever buy a "Kutchina Chimney ". They are very bad service providers.

Most companies in India are there to make money. They have forgotten how to satisfy the customers.

@ifa225 That's true. At least in my city they won't be able do business for long.

That sounds terrible! Here we would report them to the Better Business Bureau. I have used them before, they are pretty good.

They have a website too. I have to see if there's any review option.
