Best way of maintaining the palaces is by creating resorts

Many of the palaces in different parts of the world are converted into resorts and 7 star hotels. Travellers can spend time over there. The revenue that comes from the travellers fooding and lodging is spend in the maintenance and restoration of the palaces grounds lawns and vintage vehicles.

Thanks Ruby I have found that many palaces have been divided. Half of the palace is used by the royal families. The other half is converted into resort and travellers pay and stay there.

Years ago, in Spain, we stayed in a beautiful convent turned into a hotel. It was quite expensive though so we only did it once.

yes Dianne the lady on the left is my mother. The lady in the middle is my paternal aunt i call her saraswati pisi in bengali. Pisi in bengali means aunt. The lady on the right is my wife Rumi Chatterji

This is a great way to maintain and make revenue from the palaces. Elvis Presley's Graceland mansion made 100, million doing this.
