Milk Tea Everyday

I had never heard of "milk tea" until a young friend mentioned that he'd like to try it some day... I had to ask what he was talking about. He explained it to me as if it was the holy grail itself... (My friend's family are poor... After he explained what it was, I contacted his dad and asked if I could send a gift to them through his PayPal and he could take the family out to try milk tea. His dad was distrustful at first but finally gave me his PayPal information. I sent the money gift and they did go out to eat and got milk tea to drink.) I'm told that "milk tea" is called "boba tea" or "pearl tea" in the US. I may try it some day myself just to see what all the hoopla is about it.

Was never really into it, even when the first "sago" drinks came out called Zagu many years ago. I find them too sweet and always have a hard time sucking the "sago" through the thick straw. I want to tear the plastic cover and use a teaspoon.

I drink tea every day but never with milk.

I drink green tea these days.

I also like to make milk tea by mixing grated chocolate jelly. People used to call it "Tea Tarik" (Pulled tea).

My 14 year old granddaughter and her friends absolutely love milk tea. I only had it once a few years ago. Time for more

I'm a coffee lover ..i only tasted the tea two times.

I have never tried this drink, but then I do not like too much milk in my tea. I do like milky coffee though.
