Short story: The emptiness of emptiness must not be full of the fullness of fullness. It is then a false emptiness.

Let love empty itself into you. Be full of God within you.

Reverend Tony Aspinall, was giving his weekly sermon to his congregation. His subject matter was on emptiness, and fullness. Here is what he said, that Sunday, in his little old country church. "Emptiness fills itself with itself, but fullness cannot fill itself with itself, for it is already full." "Life, to be lived fully, must allow emptiness to be a part of it, as fullness, at all times, never allows life to expand from itself into greater things." "Now, the inevitability of death should allow balance in your living, as any imbalance tends to bring death to you quicker, in your body." "Allow life to fill you with spirit, and this spirit will carry your soul past death into a new life too." "We cannot grasp emptiness by its fullness, but we can grasp fullness, by its fullness. Emptiness is empty of fullness, and it can never be filled at all. Our lives, fully lived, cannot fill emptiness, either." "No, emptiness must be seen for what it is, the fullness of God's hiddenness, in it all." "When we awaken in emptiness, God then finds himself fully in you." "This is true emptiness, and this will show you how empty your emptiness really is." "You are then devoid of your ego, and alive in the love of God." "We emerge from emptiness, when we embrace silence, and empty our mind of its fullness." "We are not nothing anymore, being just ourselves, but become then something real within God, instead." "All of love, without you loving also, feels incomplete and empty to you." "Love within love, and you become full of God, and emptied of all that is false within yourself." A quote from the spiritual master, Nisargadatta Maharaj, (1897 to 1981). This indicates how one who is full of God is existing.

Yes, if we are full of ourselves all of the time, we will miss out on seeing, and hearing, and experiencing, so many good things in our life. We must make room for the good to come in. Indeed, a little emptiness is good for us.

I know that love within love is full of God for God is love.

Yes, there is no greater, or more perfect love, than God's love. We should strive to love as God loves, unconditionally.

@Nakitakona Yes, when we live as heart people, our lives are charitable, and love goes out of us in a charitable way.

When we are full of ourselves, nothing gets in and we lose out on what life has to offer at every turn. Emptiness can be compared to curiosity, the thirst to live and learn We are more alive when we have space to allow love to waft in and also out to spread it.

Yes, with curiosity, we make room to let in new experiences too. When we think that we already know it all, nothing gets in, and curiosity's door is being held firmly shut in us too. Love, as in all other things too, is the key that we need to use to open the door of curiosity in us too.

@Shiva49 Yes, but with the Putins of this world, still puttin' their foot into everything, it will be a long time before they put their hearts in, instead.

@innertalks Time for us to turn a new leaf. We have made our planet a warzone breathing fire and brimstone instead of love and compassion. It looks like we have no other option but to "just do it".

Kind of like too much of a good thing will not lead to a fulfilling life. One needs a balance and cannot escape the ups and downs of life's journey. You appreciate the good times more when you've experienced some hardship. Taking it a little further, even those who seemingly have everything like celebrities or corporate CEO's may feel their life is lacking in something. We need to know there is something more to life on this earth. That's where spirituality can fill the void.

Yes, I agree, thanks, for adding these comments. Spirituality adds a shine to life, not obtainable in any other way, as it adds a greater meaning to life too. Without a greater meaning, life will always lack that extra shine, and feel a little bit dull to the liver, who does not embrace the spiritual side of themselves. That extra shine often comes from us living from a realer love, than just human love, the God-given love in our hearts.

@dgobucks226 Yes, I do not think, that for myself, anyway, that I could ever find peace, and contentment, (that I could be fully happy with) outside of my having a relationship, and belief, in God too.

@innertalks Yes, I agree with that view. Finding that extra fulfillment in the Lord, can provide both a feeling of peace and contentment.

That's beautifully said. It's same as a comparison between dark and light. Light is the absence of dark and so vice versa for dark. You need both to realise that they exist and to feel and value their presence. Life has to be balanced.
