Happy Valentine's Day to Me!!!

Except for my lovely mother, I have not celebrated Valentine's Day with a special someone in many years. I'm sure she and my father are having a date in heaven right now. I'm sure the angels there are singing sweet songs for them. I still have my immediate family here, so we can enjoy some traditional local cuisine. Happy Valentine's to All! How will you celebrate it? @Shavkat Yes, I am going to cook steaks with a whisky sauce, mashed potatoes, tomatoes and lettuce salad and vanilla ice cream with custard pastries for dessert.

We don't celebrate it at all. Once we realised it was Valentine's Day we wished each other a happy day and that was it.

It seems that Valentine's Day there is just an ordinary day. For me, I also feel that way since I don't have a special someone to celebrate it.

I usually just stay home with my family and give the kids little gifts and my husband. The older kids get candy the o baby got toys.
