I thought after the hysterectomy my mother will be fine but I'm wrong. Since her cancer is stage 4 and aggressive she need to undergo treatment. So I have to stop and close my store until she gets cancer free. I will just continue my tutorial job. Starting today I didn't open the store early and after tutor I close it. I need to help in cooking, cleaning caregiving etc. I can't even do myLot. Sad because I enjoy storekeeping but I have to stop it now. I thought they would ask me to stop teaching but my students really need my help.

I'm so sorry. Is there anyone else who could help with your mom's care?

My siblings help her. We cannot afford to hire a caregiver for her so we all help her whenever we can

Do you live with your parents? I am worried if not how you will make ends meet with losing the income from the store. I am so sorry to hear this terrible news. I do hope you can pop in here at times as myLot is such a great place to go when stressed or bored or worried etc.

Yes. No problem with the store income as most of my income come from tutoring. I will just miss serving customers everyday. My siblings will take care of all expenses. We already hire helpers 5 times a week but I still need to help in housekeeping. I hope we can back to normal

I hope everything will be okay...
I remember last year when my father was in the hospital. I didn't have anymore time to work with my online job. I was all alone at home and I had to do all the house chores from 5 in the morning, then I had to go to the hospital by 10, and be home by 4 in the afternoon. From that time, I had to continue with all the house chores like cooking, cleaning our yard, watering the plants, feeding our 4 dogs and 15? cats, washing my clothes and my parents', washing dishes and pots, and all that... Hmmmm It is really hard to have a sick family member...
I think I was not able to work for more than 6 months... All my savings were gone..

I will be like you starting for now. I really want to run our store. I have so many plans for my store this year but I have to stopped it to help in housekeeping, cooking, washing the dishes as all my mother's household chores is left to me. When she is strong again I can return to my store.
