It's 3-3!

As of recently, whenever I open my smartphone. I get ads of online shopping apps about 3-3 sale! I admit. I am a "victim" of online shopping. I browse things - from pet supplies, groceries, clothing and accessories, car things to just about whatever. I say victim because sometimes I end up buying things that I really do not intend to buy in the first place. It was just that I can't pass the "opportunity" to buy it since it is what, 50% off! it is on S-A-L-E-!-!-! Now, it is 3-3! My bestfriend advised me to erase the app just so I won't be "victimized" again. Lol. But what can I say, I just placed an order before making this discussion. Now the question I have is, am I the only one here, or is there someone out there who could relate to what I am saying. Say please, you understand me. But let me get this straight, I have no issues on money, like I wouldn't be buying if I know I do not have the means to buy it. Only trouble is sometimes things get unused, or junked just because I am not really in need of it. Anyway, have you bought anything online? Please share your online shopping attitude, with the hopes that I could get some wisdom on this. *photo not mine

I like browsing online but mostly resist the urge to buy although I have a few 'baskets' of clothes on the web somewhere where I came within a keystroke of buying. As long as you have enough money for your purchases, it's not really anyone else's business. Go for it!

Oh wow! I liked what you said, very encouraging actually and not judgmental in anyway. Funny, my online shopping cart is up to more than 500 items already. So, I could smugly say, I am in "control" right?

I am really good at not buying things I don’t need. Im a saver not a spender but my kid and is the opposite. I had to chuckle at what your friend said to you that you should delete the app. What did you wind up buying before you made this post?

Wisdom best comes from within. I would just say that purchase some of your desired things, purchase some essentials but do not always go in an overdrive mode. Coz as the saying goes : "Excess of anything is bad" !

I liked that "overdrive mode". Have you ever been in overdrive mode at times?

@Yadah04 Look for results and there you will see if you are in denial or still at it

Yeah, I will keep this in mind, make it like a mantra: every addiction is curable. On second thought, I do not think I am already at that state of being a shopoholic, or am i just in denial?.

I'm addicted to online shopping. I love browsing and of course find it hard to let a good sale go by. I just got a good offer from Bath & Body works and I'm trying to resist the sale but....

I love a good sale, but only if I get the shakes and love the item. I usually buy things for the house online or cosmetics. I need to see clothing and jewelry in person, touch it, check the quality, try it on, etc..., so I shop in stores for that.

I do too. I feel like winning the lottery when I get to have a good sale. I do like it better in person, but the pandemic taught me to buy online, which I think is convenient. you know less expense on gas, stress on traffic and saves time. I just needed to find a good store for excellent reviews before buying.

I only buy online if i really feel need of it , those offers really attract us but i never get tempted. Necessity is my high priority.
