Yet another goodie that requires gelatin as their main ingredient Marshmallows are soft and they just melt in the mouth
Although they seem easy to make one needs practice to get the perfect marshmallows. I have failed miserably specially with the whisking part.
But I love to eat marshmallows which are available online. There are many recipes one can get on youtube. I have not given up and will surely try to make them once again
What's your experience?

@allknowing - There are things that I do not make because it is more expensive than buying, marshmallows and meringues are part of those things.

There are lots of goodies that have too much sugar but eating them once in a way will do no harm.
