Omega 3 to improve your memory

There are several foods that contain omega 3 which has several health benefits.

I take seven seas cod liver oil capsules every day. I was taking them to improve my good cholesterol and now I understand they also help improve one's memory
Since I do not eat fish which is one of the sources of omega 3 these capsules will replace it.
What do you eat to improve your memory?

I remember seeing Seven Seas Cod Liver oil in our home from childhood days. My father who was the main provider in the early days made sure the house was stocked with healthy stuff. Of course in those days not everything thought to be healthy was really healthy.
