What wrong has this puppy done in his past life?

My neighbour has a puppy who cries all the time. They are no good with animals. Wonder why they do not hear those cries. I am disturbed. We never let our puppies cry. We fed them even before they could start crying We took them out and that way they were very happy with us.
I feel sorry for this puppy. I am praying so that it is relieved from their clutches How that will happen I would not know This pup will grow to be ferocious as puppies that do not get love become ferocious
In his past life he must have done something wrong - just saying I know poor guy is just not lucky to get a household like ours.
Why do some people do not understand animals and their needs?

I would probably ask them if they really want the dog, and offer to take it if they didn't. So many people get dogs or other pets, but do not take the time to properly train them or spend any time with them. I truly detest people who mistreat animals, they are the worst of the worst.

They are not approachable and so there is nothing one can do but pray Pets are such a source of joy and they need to be loved.

Here we can report them to the police or animal control--they will take your pet if you neglect it or do not feed it.

@allknowing ours whine while waiting for their food but only when my husband is getting their food ready because he gives them a little as he’s getting it ready and gives him scraps from his plates.

Awww that’s so sad for this puppy.. I love my dogs and I hate hearing my neighbor’s dog crying also. I can relate with your story because I have neighbor that has a lot of dogs but they normally leave the dogs outside their house without food. i feed them always.

Right from day one our dogs were never leashed except when they were tearing up things in the house. As a puppy they do that but they also got a lot of free time in the garden.
This pup must be leashed and hungry. Yes. They do become aggressive if they do not get love.
