Be Smarter with Peanuts: Myth?!?

I still remember my math teacher in high school. He keeps on telling us to eat peanuts because they can make us smarter at solving math problems. As an industrious student, I followed his advice and ate some peanuts weekly.
I stopped when one of my classmates had a lot of zits on his face.
Seriously, I read some articles that said it does improve the cognitive function of our brains. Thus, it will make our brain smarter when we consume some peanuts.
I bought some today. It would be our snacks later, with the family members in the house.
Do you like boiled peanuts for snack?

I don’t really eat peanuts any more. See as my youngest child is allergic to most all nuts we hardly have them around to eat them. Some times I want a PB&J or some apple is with chocolate peanut butter.

@Shavkat We grow pecans here but the cashews are kind of expensive but I still buy and eat them.

I eat various roasted nuts daily as a snack. They are quite nutritious. But, I really never cared much for peanuts, nor was I good at math.
Some people are so allergic to peanuts that they could die if they eat them.

I am like you that there is a skeptical thought at first. Let me share this link to support my claim.

Hi! Of course, many people enjoy peanuts as a snack. It's interesting to hear about the connection between peanuts and improved cognitive function. I have also heard about such a link, and perhaps it's worth exploring other foods that may enhance our memory and focus.
