How to manage stress?

Many problems usually make people feel stressed. Some people may be able to cope with the stress they experience. But for some others, stress can occur in the long term and repeatedly. from several articles that I read said stress can cause health problems. when I'm stressed I usually have trouble sleeping and my body feels very tired even though I'm not doing anything. In your opinion, what should be done to control stress?

The best way to deal with stress is meditation. Also, you can engage yourself in the things which may interest you.

To control stress, regular physical activity, meditation, deep breathing, and establishing clear boundaries between work and personal life can be helpful. It is also beneficial to communicate with loved ones and find time for hobbies and relaxation. If stress persists for a prolonged period and interferes with your life, seek help from a specialist.

Mind and body work in tandem and so when one is worried it affects one body. I would say take one day at a time and look for something that is positive and you will always find it even in the worst scenario

The best way to release stress is to listen to soft music. I also do yoga.

Some stress are good to get us moving. But if like bad stress that makes us down or something, I would start by sleeping first.

It is from our mind, I usually did a lot of things to release stress, I live near a beach sometimes I just sit on the beach and enjoy the waves, or sometimes I just need a beauty sleep and after that, my mind and body will refresh again. And most of the time, I try to accept the fact that I am only human, it is okay to make mistakes, and learn from it, is okay if someone hurt us, we can't control it, when I know I can't control it I will surrender to GOD and pray for his guide

How can we manage stress in our such world situation? I think it's not possible. It is a myth that medication helps with stress. With some people it even enhances stress. This is my case.

Stress is unavoidable in today's fast paced life. One has to learn to cope with it. See what works for you. I find that.meditation, music and exercise suit me.
