So, I deal with chronic pain, mostly in my back, knees, ankles. you know...all the import parts of your body of course that are needed for movement. Love that for me.
Sometimes I am able to just tune it out, like that is just how pain is sometimes, you ignore it if you have to deal with it sometimes. And then it will get to a point where you just can't ignore it.
I think it happened when I was on the stationary bike the other night, my foot slipped on the pedal and I think the jolt aggravated my back a little.
It was hurting all yesterday and I was hoping it would go away by the end of my late night stream. It probably would have if I had my back brace, but I didn't know where it was.
I went to look for my brace this morning because...oof, so much pain. also...looking for something when you are in pain, it is always the worst!!!
I was looking everywhere, tearing things apart, it was just so bad.
and then I found it in my laundry basket...you know...I would have found it if I put my clothes away...instead of letting things get buried.... OH WELL!
I have it now and the pain is going away and it is so nice.

Aww I’m sorry you have to deal with that it really does sound so awful having to look for the brace when you were already in such pain. I am so glad you done it and it’s helping.

Chronic pain must be very difficult to cope with. I'm glad you found your brace. It's funny how things can get lost sometimes.

I'm glad a brace helps you. I can't find one that helps me. I eercise in a warm pool to help me stay stronger so that I don't have as much of a chance of falling.
