I had an early day today. I heard mass at 6 am. I put off doing laundry today because I have other schedule. I went online after mass, it's 1030 but haven't taken full. meal. Later this afternoon I will attend a business plan about heath supplements. I hope everyone is doing good today.

@florelway I take iron and a multivitamin daily often I take cranberry plus dmannose and acidophilus too.

We have an existing business but cannot add this one because the supplements have a.different market. It's more of convincing people to consume. It's smart consumerism.
