My neighbor's dog is getting worse with the separation anxiety

He is like 10 months old now. She takes him everywhere with her when she isn't working and insists that he is with someone else when she is at work. I have him here sometimes when her daughter or anyone else can't deal with him. I texted my neighbor to see if she was working tomorrow and she said yes. She said Whiskey might be with the daughter's father's GF because he absolutely cannot handle being left alone. The dog isn't nasty or afraid or anything like that but she has totally created his separation anxiety. Oh well. I'll deal with Whiskey if I need to tomorrow. I'm just upset that she has created this unnecessary issue.
