HEY! Look, an actual post from me. I have been having a very ADHD day and have jumped from one task to another. But since she child is at a sleepover, I did a super simple dinner. It is a recipe that my grandmother in law has made Chris' whole life, and I love it. You drain a can of yams, and dump them into a pan. Then chunk a can of spam. You sprinkle some brown sugar on top and then bake at 350 for about twenty minutes. It's that easy! It's a very fall-y recipe. Reminds me of ham and yams, and thanksgiving. It's cheap, filling, and shelf stable. All things that are important in this day and age. So that's what we had for dinner. What went on at your house?

I like spam, but wouldn't have the yams lol. Glad it is easy and you all like it. I had leftover pizza lol

You lost me on this one. Don't like Yam and won't go near Spam with a ten foot pole. I had some juice from our cabbage from Saturday and so I used it for a braise sauce for pork steaks. It was a yummy mixture with Guinness, butter, curry powder, salt, pepper and broth, so it made for an excellent braise.

We had steak and salad last night it was very yummy
It is cold and dark here, and I want to go back to bed... (The nuns in the convent often cooked that dish, but instead of using Spam, they used hams. Very yummy!)

Your meal sounds really good. We had grilled cheese sandwiches. Not very hungry tonight.
