20 March - What I'm Thankful for Today

Today has been a very good day. I seem to be having a few of those kinds of days lately.
I got up before 3 AM this morning, got my laundry done, did Bible Study, and a game played before I left the apartment at 5 AM.
I'm thankful I went to the YWCA this morning and had a wonderful swim and enjoyed the hot tub.
I'm thankful for the exercise class. One of the women there ordered two books from me - Thread of Evidence and Vendetta.
I'm thankful for getting to the store for tonight's potluck offering. I decided on a cheese and sausage tray. When I got home, I saw another resident coming into the building. I told her how well I did on Saturday with book sales. She didn't know I was an author. She ordered Legacy from me.
I wish I had brought my books home on Saturday instead of leaving them for the next market day. Oh well. I'm still making money and that makes me happy that someone wants to buy my books. I'm grateful.
Okay, that's my day. I have the notifications finished and spent time with you today. Also an important part of my day and one I look forward to.

So nice to hear you had such a nice day. I have been enjoying some shopping the last few days. Getting us new towels and bedding. Ours is so worn and old. Ordered dishes and silverware too. I am thankful that we are able to upgrade. My grandson is getting new bedding and clothes. It's sure nice.

I'm thankful for the. bath I took. Washed my hair.Chilly doesn't seem to want to come out into the living room today, but he's been hiding under the covers. It's always a bit colder in the bedroom vs the rest of the house. Not that I'm complaining, because I can go to and get out of bed when I want. Although the cold does make it a little bit harder. I'm thankful for the sunny day all the same and the rain we weren't expecting last night. Well, the weather said we'd get it around four yesterday afternoon, but we didn't get anything until about two this morning.

What a cute display in your lobby. That reminds me I need to put my Easter flag out.
I am thankful Mike and I took a long nap today. Neither of us slept much over the weekend, and we felt it today. So I ran errands this morning, got back ate a bite then took a nap. I finally feel almost back to my normal self now. Mike is still a little tired but almost back to his normal self.
