A round-the-wrong-way blow-up screen

At the finish of the Harmony Day that we attended recently in Treeby, Western Australia, the film, Wonder, was shown on a blow-up screen. They had trouble getting the generator to work and in the end they ran an extension cord from the clubhouse on the oval to the screen.
Then, when they started the film, all the words were back-to-front and mirror-image. We should all have been sitting on the other side of the screen. However, they didn’t move us all but just carried on which was fine except when two boys were messaging each other and we couldn’t read the words quick enough. From time to time, the breeze would cause a ripple in the screen which was also a bit disconcerting.
It was a great film but I’ll do another post about it. I’ll then have the opportunity to put another photos of the ethnic dancers.

They expected you to have a mirror or read backwards? I’m glad you still enjoyed the film.

Looks like kind of a make shift arrangement but what matter is you had fun

Yes, we did. The funny writing didn't make too much difference.

Great photo. Sounds like you had a good time, albeit a challenge with the movie.

I'd like to see it again one day. I always pick up more the second time I see a film.
