I am feeling a little down today. I have been under the weather for the past two weeks. I went to the doctor and still not feeling like my old self. Friends and family say it must be because of the changing weather. It is so hot here already. Summertime. I don't know but the sun's heat is different nowadays. It penetrates through the skin. I needed a cold bath and some ice cream but I was stopped from doing just that because of my colds. I hope to be better soonest.

Do you have sinus congestion? When the weather changes I often get sinus congestion, and it is miserable. Sometimes nasal spray helps. A lot of people recommend neti pots if you are having trouble with allergies.

I hope you feel better soon. Two weeks is quite a long time to feel under the weather.

Get well soon! I had a clogged nose about two weeks ago and I felt terrible as water therapy didn't work. I just refrain from drinking softdrinks for a while and I think that helped:)
