My First Time!

Its my first time to attend a general assembly of a cooperative of employees in our workplace. Im just a new member here since just recently relocated in this branch. The first dividend/interest I received was last December , just a minimal amount but something that I didn’t expect since Im just a newbie. Morning everyone, this is my kind of saturday this time, how about you?

One of my previous workplaces did give their employees bonus at the end of the year, during Christmas time - bad luck for me since I was not a full time staff there, so I didn't get anything ever.

We still get a bonus here which is 20% of our basic salary for the year. It's a government rule here.

not a bonus, its my share of the overall interest of the cooperative from loans
