He has been posting increasingly more deranged rants and images on his social media site in the past several days. He has been calling the Manhattan DA who is likely to indict him an "animal", a "deranged psychopath", etc. He warned that his indictment will cause "death and destruction" in the US which basically is calling for his MAGA cult members to incite violence like they did on January 6.
The most egregious recent post, however was an image of 2 pictures side by side: Trump holding a baseball bat next to a picture of Manhattan DA, Alvin Bragg. Obviously this was a threat of physical harm for Bragg if he indicts him. Of course it wouldn't come from Mr. Tough Guy Trump but from one or more of his cult members.
He received backlash immediately but also praise from the MAGA morons. He kept it up for a day before his lawyers were able to convince him to delete it. Former federal prosecutor listed 4 separate felonies from the post threatening a state prosecutor. The fact that he didn't immediately delete it, though, kind of negates the point of deleting it. It wasn't something done in a fit of rage that he immediately realized was a mistake. He had people telling him it was wrong for like a day and also his supporters cheering him on. He liked the support.
I wouldn't be surprised if the judge involved in his eventual indictment and arrest slaps a gag order on him up to and through the trial.

Trump has been escalating his attacks on Bragg in recent days and has been slammed as “racist” for calling Bragg a “SOROS BACKED ANIMAL.”

I can't imagine being his lawyer. What a nightmare it must be trying to wrangle him and keep him from doing what he does. And of course even with deleting posts like this, the damage is done. His followers will keep sharing screenshots even with the original gone, and the fact it's gone will just further the "they're trying to silence us" narrative.
If he gets slapped with a gag order, it'll be a favor to him and he won't even recognize it as such.

I can't imagine being someone that needs to corral him into shape.
